Equipment
- A limited quantity of trolleys and pallet jacks are provided and are only to move boxed product to and from your vehicles and storage areas.
- These operate on an honesty system and it is the exhibitors responsibility to ensure the equipment is returned to the designated space.
- Claudelands has a forklift with licensed operators on site available for use, subject to availability. Forklifts can also be brought on site with consent.
- All forklift operators are required to produce their drivers licence displaying class F, together with a Forklift Operator Certificate. This is a requirement of the Labour Department to operate a forklift on a road and at any workplace.
- Forklifts must be operated at all times in a safe manner and in accordance with current industry standards. If your stand requires the use of a forklift for unloading delivery trucks etc., please book your requirements through your Exhibition Organiser.
- Exhibitors must provide a Fire Extinguisher and a Fire Blanket when cooking in any Exhibition Area.
- Ensure that care is taken and no sharp objects are included in your displays. For heavy machinery, we recommend adequate protection is provided e.g. carpet tiles, custom wood or chip board base.
- Exhibitors will be charged for any damage to the flooring or carpet tiles.
