Sending Goods from the Venue

• Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all items from their stand after the event. All boxes, equipment and freight need to be collected by midday Friday 6th March 2025. Break down poses the greatest security risk, therefore the earlier your belongings are collected, the safer they will be.
• Bring all relevant packing materials for your freight—the venue does not have this onsite.
• Expo Event Crew will supply pick-up labels for your freight collection. Please use these to label your goods accurately so it is easily identifiable for your freight carrier.
• Ensure you have booked your freight pick-up within the allocated collection times.
• Contact your courier company before you leave the venue.

Please provide all the details stated below on your pick-up label, a template is provided in the appendix and can be downloaded directly in the exhibitor portal.
