Upon booking, you will get a confirmation email. An invoice will be generated and emailed to the Exhibitors company following Expo 2025.
Bookings are confirmed via email and are limited to venue capacity limits. There will be a running waitlist for additional stands and exhibition sites.
Stand Allocations
There is a set inventory for the number of Standard and Premium sites we have available for exhibition.
Your stand positioning on the floorplan will be determined by the Expo Team. There is an opportunity to book your stand with Priority placement, these are limited, and the Expo Team will do their best to place you in your 1st or 2nd choice. For returning exhibitors with large stands (9x6 or larger), you will be contacted and provided the option to retain your stand placement from 2023. This is not guaranteed and depends on availability and the activity planned for your stand.
