Chilled Items

• Shared chilled and frozen storage containers will be available on site. These need to be booked in advance by completing the chilled and frozen storage fields in the “Storage” mandatory field option in the Exhibitor Portal. A charge may apply.
• We will have staff members on site stocking the chilled and frozen stock during pack-in.
• The on-going maintenance of stock in the containers is the exhibitor’s responsibility.
• Ensure that all stock is clearly labelled with your company name and site number.
• Every care will be taken to provide a safe and secure site, however, neither the event organisers nor venue can take responsibility for stock that may go missing.
• If you are a village stand there is allocated chiller storage within close proximity to your area. Please ensure you let the BOH manager know if you require space.
