Pack-Out Guidelines
Thursday 6th March 2025 2:00pm until late
- Please do not begin breaking down before 2pm on Thursday. Expo Event Crew will patrol the exhibition area from 1–2pm and a penalty of $1,000 will be applied to exhibitors who dismantle their stands early.
- Stock and material which is to be picked up by carrier or courier should be palletised or neatly stacked, clearly labelled with your stand name and number and the pick-up instructions (labels will be supplied).
- Remember ALL stock and materials MUST be removed from the site by 12:00pm on Friday 7th March.
- All exits will be monitored by Expo Event Crew and Security from 2:00pm until late.
- Please ensure you wear your exhibitor name tag lanyard to gain entry back into the exhibition areas during this time.
- Please vacate the exhibition area with sealed boxes where possible.
- All staff members and exhibitors on site for the duration of Pack-out are required to wear hi-visibility safety vests and closed toe shoes.
- If you forget your vest, they will be available for purchase from the Information Desk.
- Complimentary exhibitor car-parking is available onsite at Claudelands for the duration of the event.
- Exhibitors will be directed to the Willows Carpark via Gate 4 and any overflow will be directed onto the Oval.
- Gates 5 & 6 are off limits to exhibitors. There will be way finding signage throughout the venue entrances.
