Security, Cleaning & Waste
- There will be a 24-hour security patrol on site for the duration of Expo.
- Please let security know if you see anything suspicious or untoward.
- The event organisers and venue will not be responsible for any product or item of equipment which goes astray during the Expo event.
- The Claudelands cleaning team will be cleaning all thoroughfares but will not be responsible for cleaning on your site/stand, this includes any venue carpet which is within the boundary of your stand area.
- Cleaning services for your site/stand can be arranged via Claudelands if required.
- There are no cleaning supplies or equipment held by the event team for exhibitor use.
- There will be stations positioned in each hall with 4 bins each: Organics (food waste, compostable packaging and tissue), Recyclable (plastics 1-7, tin and aluminum), Glass and Landfill for attendees to use. Claudelands cleaners will periodically monitor and empty these bins.
- Exhibitors are responsible for removing all rubbish and recycling from their stand. There will be large rubbish and recycling bins at the back of the halls for exhibitor use. Please flatten all cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling bins.
- Fat and oil disposal drums will be provided.
