Surplus Stock
- Any items exhibitors wish to leave behind for donation need to be delivered to the designated area in each Hall for collection (all chilled items must be returned to the chillers or freezers).
- Donation collection instructions will be provided by your Hall Managers & Expo Event Crew upon pack out.
- Any unlabelled stock left behind at your stand will be assumed to be for donation, but please try to deliver any unwanted stock to the designated donation stations.
Any stock for stores must be clearly labelled and delivery or collection arranged by the supplier exhibitor to the nominated store
Please make these exchanges at your vehicle or outside the exhibition area.
